San Antonio Airport Car Rental
The San Antonio International Airport has numerous car rental companies in the immediate vicinity. Many of the rental companies have agents inside both airport terminals near the baggage claims. The agents are with national rental companies and can assist travelers with car rentals and vehicle arrangements. The car rental agents in terminal 1 are located downstairs near the baggage claim and have shuttle service just outside the airport terminal on the lower level. The car rental agents in terminal 2 are also located in the baggage claim area. Terminal 2 is a single level airport terminal and shuttle service to rental lots is available just outside the terminal.
Airport Car Rental Companies
The following companies have agents in both airport terminals and provide shuttle service to and from the car rental lots. None of the car rental companies have lots within walking distance of either terminal so riding the shuttle to the company car lot is the only option. When renting a car from an airport car rental company, know that the car return lots are not close to the terminals and making your flight on time will require additional time.
