San Antonio Hilton Hotels

The Hilton hotel chain has a strong San Antonio presence. Hilton's flagship brand has two hotels here while their affiliate brands are all over the city. The Hilton presence dates back to 1968 when the Palacio Del Rio opened. Hilton family hotels currently in San Antonio include Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn, Doubletree, and Homewood Suites.

Hilton's Palacio Del Rio 483 room hotel is conveniently located across from the convention center and on the riverwalk. This Hilton is also home to a local favorite, Durty Nelly's Pub. An interesting note about this hotel is that it was put together one room a the time during its construction.

Hilton San Antonio Airport

This 387 room Hilton is extremely convenient to the airport and North Star Mall on the North side of town. This is not one of the fancier Hiltons but it's nice and it's location is travel friendly. The hotel is also home to Tex's - a great hotel bar. San Antonio's Airport Hilton is a great hotel for visitors needing a room near the airport.
