San Antonio has hundreds of apartments, condominiums, and multi-family housing units that can easily be found with a web search so we won't even try to name or review them all. But we can tell you about the condos and apartments that we're familiar with. With differing landscapes and city atmospheres, San Antonio has a diverse selection of condominiums and apartments for luxury living and convenience.
San Antonio High Rise Condominiums
San Antonio has several high rise condos and apartments in the area and they seem to be on the upscale side. I've never lived in a high rise condo or apartment so I'm not exactly sure what you need to look for. I'm not even sure if there are things that are pertinent to high rise living that one would look for when reviewing a high rise condo. But based on my experiences, although few, I can say there are some really cool high rise living quarters in San Antonio.
- 200 Patterson - These condominiums probably rent by the square inch. It is situated in Alamo Heights and everything is luxury...200 Patterson is luxury. It's residents enjoy beautiful views and a prominent address. Even the front gate requires a code and is handsomely guarded by some beautiful landscape. If you're looking for a luxurious place to live in an inclusive zip code, 200 Patterson is the high rise condo of choice.
- Vidorra - Coming soon to San Antonio is the Vidorra high rise condominium towers. Currently under construction, the Vidorra promises to be the cream of the crop in downtown San Antonio highrise living. The luxury condominium high rise consists of 20 floors offering several different floor plans of one, two and three bedroom layouts. The Vidorra is just east of downtown near St. Paul's Square and Amtrak Station. Reservations are being taken now for buying one of these luxury downtown San Antonio condominiums. Vidorra
- La Cascada - This 12 story San Antonio luxury condominium building is minutes from central downtown. The downtown restaurants and attractions can be reached in minutes...walking! Convenience and luxury come together at La Cascada with prices from $500,000 to $735,000. It's a good bit of money to spend but the amenities, views and location command high dollars in San Antonio. - Olmos Tower - This place has the best location in town. The view is great and the residents are more of the "go to bed early type". Olmos Tower high rise is on top of a hill overlooking downtown to the south and Alamo Heights to the north. Truly a peaceful living highrise condo, Olmos Tower is a fantastic place for calm living with a view any kid would love.
- The Broadway - Although this luxury highrise is in the planning and construction phases, the advertising and pre-sales for the condos have been the talk of San Antonio. Apartments
San Antonio has numerous apartments and apartment complexes spread out across the city. Many areas of San Antonio have more people living in apartments than in houses. For instance, the medical center area has a large presence of multi family housing buildings as does the area in the UTSA vicinity. Apartment construction in south San Antonio has grown immensely with the opening of the Toyota plant and apartment buildings are popping up constantly in this area along south loop 410.
